We aim for all The Branded Strand Co. customers to be happy, but please note we do not accept returns/exchanges. If you receive a defective item, reach out within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.

Although we cannot be held responsible for items damaged after purchase and do not offer a warranty on any items purchased, we encourage you to visit the Strand Info/Care page for helpful tips on maintaining your strands.
If your package is delayed or has not arrived, please let us know right away. We work with USPS to handle all lost package claims. Refunds will be processed once the claim is resolved. This process may require some time as it can only begin 30 days after shipment. Your patience is appreciated as we collaborate with the carrier to address the issue. Updates will be provided as necessary.
