Sonoran Mountain turquoise heishi beads pair beautifully with sterling silver pearl bead accents (4 & 6mm), including corrugated saucer beads (6.7mm)  that add just the right amount of texture and detail. The result is a piece that’s easy to wear on its own but truly shines as part of a layered necklace stack.

About the stone: 

Sonoran Mountain turquoise is known for its striking range of color, often displaying vibrant blues, rich greens, and beautiful transitions between the two colors within the same stone. Mined in the Sonora Desert in northern Mexico near Arizona, this turquoise is well-known for its vivid color saturation and natural character. Unlike many traditional turquoise varieties, Sonoran Mountain turquoise often forms without a heavy matrix, allowing the color to take center stage.
